Refund Policy

  1. We follow a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  2. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if applicable)

  4. - Any items that are not in original condition, damaged, or have parts missing that are not caused by us.

  5. - Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  6. Refund (if applicable)

  7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24 to 48 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  8. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and points will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

  9. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  10. If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

  13. Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  14. Exchange (if applicable)

  18. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to get to you may vary.

  20. If there is an error with your order, our customer service will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue quickly. Please follow these simple steps:

  22. (2) Returns are made in accordance with the Simple Return Policy above. Once we receive your item, we will refund you the reasonable return ground shipping charges. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card.
